DecisionMI - Scorecard & Portfolio Monitoring
DecisionMI is a web based scorecard monitoring solution that not only delivers industry standard reports but also offers comprehensive trend analysis, identification of areas of concern and expert commentary on the portfolio.
Each month the system processes the client’s application and performance files and generates a number of standard reports which are published as Excel spreadsheets under HTML and are accessible to the client via the web. The client also has the ability to undertake further analysis on-line and again the results are published as downloadable spreadsheets.
Finally, DecisionMetrics provides an expert commentary that, coupled with Key Warning Indicators, highlights where profiles and performance are out of line not only with expectations but also with recent trends. This ‘Management by Exception’ approach and expert opinion on scorecard performance releases the Client to focus on the key business and operational issues that require review.
